Appointment Policy:

To ensure availability and prompt service, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance.

Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure you receive your full service time.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that your service may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Health and Safety:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

Our spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client deemed unfit for treatment due to health concerns.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Cards and Packages:

Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Gratuity:

Gratuities are greatly appreciated for excellent service. However, they are voluntary and entirely at your discretion.

Personal Belongings:

Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Age Requirement:

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Code of Conduct:

We strive to maintain a serene and respectful atmosphere for all our clients. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive will not be tolerated, and the client may be asked to leave the premises.
